Preparing for the depth of autumn
Autumn is a special season. After the effervescence of summer, nature begins its great movement back towards the earth, inwards, towards the root. Leaves fall, light softens, the pace slows down.
These five days are an invitation to enter this same movement within ourselves: to go down into depth, slow the mind and open an inner space in tune with the energies of the season.
On the programme
- Practice of traditional Hatha Yoga: held postures, attention to the breath, listening to the body
- Pranayama suited to the season: grounding and inward-turning techniques
- Guided and silent meditations, indoors and in the heart of nature
- Contemplative walks in the surrounding forest
- Study of traditional texts related to the theme
- Initiatory practices of the Ananda Nath lineage (mantras)
A practice that is deep yet accessible to all, in the soothing setting of the Mons forests at the height of autumn.
