Hatha Yoga workshops
A Yoga workshop is a time to discover Yoga, its practice and its techniques, and to deepen your personal search. A workshop is guided by a specific theme, developed in a booklet given to each participant, with written explanations of all the techniques covered as well as all or part of the texts that feed the theme.
The practice is often intense: postures and pranayamas will be held over time so that we can integrate and understand them well.
A Yoga workshop is a valuable complement to group classes and training courses.
Hatha Yoga retreats
A Yoga retreat is part of a deep personal journey.
It allows us to give ourselves the time to offer ourselves to the unspeakable.
It will open us to Yoga, whether we are beginners or experienced.
For experienced practitioners it becomes the high point of a year's practice.
For beginners it can give the fervour and fire to keep practising throughout the year.
While Yoga is also learnt on a retreat, it is barely intellectualised, since practice on retreat should be approached with the idea of withdrawal, slowness, stillness and mental silence. A Yoga retreat is proof that Yoga is also passed on without words or verbal teaching.
