Traditional Hatha Yoga class streamed live
Every Thursday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm, I invite you to share a traditional Hatha Yoga class live on Google Meet. Wherever you are in France or in the world, you practise from home, in your own space, at your own pace.
For me, holding live sessions around Yoga is a precious way to reach those who are not physically nearby but who still wish to share this deep practice.
How to follow the online class in good conditions
For a comfortable practice, I recommend:
- showing the class on a computer or TV screen rather than a phone,
- using a Bluetooth speaker or speakers so you can hear my voice clearly during the postures,
- preparing a quiet space with a mat, a blanket and a cushion,
- arriving a few minutes before 7pm to settle in calmly.
Two online class formats
- 1h30 Hatha Yoga class: postures, pranayama, meditation, mantra. A complete and deep practice.
- Text study with related practice: 1 hour studying a traditional text (Yoga Sutra, Upanishad, Samkhya Karika…), followed by 1 hour of practice directly linked to the text studied.
Receive the link to the online Yoga class
To receive the Google Meet link for each live class, several channels are available:
- 📱 Dedicated WhatsApp group: to join, send me a request by WhatsApp message on 06 11 10 66 24. You will receive a single message before each live class. Only I can post in this group, so as not to overload your WhatsApp.

Pay what you can
As I am aware of everyone's financial difficulties, my online classes are pay what you can: you give what you can and wish to.
