Looking or seeing?

Location...

I look with my eyes, but I am only locating myself in my body, and this vision cuts me off from the reality that I am the whole.

This limited and limiting vision gives me the feeling of existing, and I identify with my body, my ideas, my character, my story, the memory of my body's existence.

It is MY point of view, but if I want to SEE without a filter, I must manage to look without this congenital thought.

So if for a moment I no longer look from my point of view, I can know unity, there, here and now. I can come to imagine that the things around me look at me with the same quality with which I look at them.

This wall or this tree looks at me with the same intensity as my being, because all of this is my being, all of this is the same undivided consciousness. No inner world, no outer world: everything is united in the same vibration, the same light of consciousness.

In seeing, I can perceive the same "me" that is in my gaze when I look at myself in a mirror and it looks back at me.

It is this same me that I can perceive looking at me, this same consciousness at work everywhere around me, and so I can feel united with the whole through the same gaze…

It is as if, in the end, all the subtle consciousness around us were looking at me with my own eyes and the same intensity, full of kindness and love.
