Hatha Yoga workshops

The workshops are open to everyone, beginners or experienced Hatha Yoga practitioners.

One of the few requirements is accepting to sit for a long time, as still and silent as possible...

How the Hatha Yoga workshops run

Start and end of the workshop:

The workshop begins on Friday evening with a meal we will share at around 8pm.
So you can arrive between 4pm and 8pm.
It will end on Sunday evening at around 6pm.

The practice:

The practice follows the 8 steps of Yoga in its traditional vision.
Postures, Pranayamas, Mudras, Concentrations, Meditations...

Meditation and night techniques:

The night technique is based on silent meditation; it may take place outside if the weather allows... It offers a real ability to come into contact with the energies manifested in the world...

Meals during the workshop:

Meals are simple and vegetarian.
We prepare our meals ourselves, so it is possible to do our best for everyone.

Clothing and accessories:

Bring warm clothes so you can stay outside if a night meditation is organised, as well as a torch.
Bring whatever you like to have a good time.
In the practice room, blankets serve as mats and cushions.

Level required:

This workshop is open to everyone, beginner or experienced.
