2026 Yoga workshops

A Yoga workshop is a time to learn and to share.
The 2026 workshops are open to everyone, beginners or experienced.

For beginners,
a Yoga workshop can be a way to discover this thousand-year-old practice.

For experienced practitioners,
a Yoga workshop is a high point of practice that truly allows you to enter the depth of body, breath and spirit through the practice of a traditional yoga.

A specific theme is offered for each Hatha Yoga workshop. This theme takes shape through the study of a text and its application in the practice of postures, pranayamas, mudras, meditations, yoga nidra... So the text gives us lines of research for our practice, and the practice sheds light on the study of the text; these two axes create a virtuous circle that allows us to perceive more and more subtlety within us and connect with the unspeakable.

A booklet is given at the start of the workshop so you can continue your practice at home. In it you will find the text studied during the Yoga workshop and an explanation of the techniques covered.

The practice is part of a Yoga that seeks inner depth. The aim of Yoga is to use our body, our energies, our breath and our spirit to find meditation, light and the opening of the heart.

2026! A new centre, "Haimavati", in the Hérault, devoted to Sadhana, a place conducive to contemplation, spiritual depth and the encounter with Samadhi.

This year, 2026, I am planning Yoga workshops throughout the year...
The Yoga workshops will all be geared towards depth, silence, meeting the light of the spirit (Mahaprakasha) and Samadhi.

Number of places

The number of places at the Sadhana Peeth Haimavati in Mons, Hérault, is limited to 8, so book early here too!

You can also come and practise for as many days as you like at my home and practice space, Haimavati, in Mons 34390, Hérault.

Workshops of 2 or 3 days will take place throughout the year. They will be posted on my site some time in advance.
I recommend that you sign up for my newsletter to receive news of my events.

I look forward to meeting you and sharing these practices

Haimavati
Haimavati is a sadhana Peeth (a place of practice) where I live and practise with Danielle, my partner, and where daily practices take place.

It is a place deep in the forest, very powerful and conducive to practice, withdrawal and depth of being.

A place self-sufficient in electricity and water.

Meals

On Yoga workshops at Haimavati we are self-catering, which means we prepare our meals ourselves. Meals are planned in advance and made with organic, vegetarian, quality food, and we are also attentive to your wishes and expectations.
